Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if the tournament entry is canceled at least 48 hours before the event.

Tee Times

Tee times will be posted on this tournament page 2–3 days prior to the event and will also be sent out by email.

Spectator Policy

All spectators, whether walking or riding, must remain on the cart path at all times. Spectator carts are available for purchase in the pro shop for $20.

Practice Range

Range balls are not included in the tournament entry fee.

Distance Measuring Devices

Distance measuring devices are permitted for use during the event as long as they measure distance only. Devices may not have additional capabilities such as slope or gradient measurement, wind speed, temperature, or any other advanced features.

Dress Code

Boys must wear a golf shirt with a collar tucked in at all times, along with slacks or Bermuda-length shorts. Jeans and t-shirts are not permitted. Hats must be worn with the bill facing forward.

Girls must wear a golf shirt, and if sleeveless, it must have a collar. Slacks or Bermuda-length shorts no more than six inches above the knee are permitted. Jeans, t-shirts, tank tops, and bare midriffs are not allowed.

Pull Carts

Pull carts are permitted at this event. When approaching the green, pull carts should be left on the side nearest the next hole’s teeing ground.

9U Division

Parents of Boys and Girls in the 9U division are permitted to assist as caddies.

Scoring

Scoring will take place inside the pro shop following the completion of the round.

Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge and accept the potential risk of injuries that can result from playing golf and its related activities. I hereby release and discharge the members that organized the tournament, the golf facilities utilized or the tournament, tour sponsors, and all of the collective employees, agents, staff, directors, contractors, and members from all liabilities, claims, actions, or causes of action to the child and myself which may arise from the participation in the junior golf tour/class and other related activities.

In an event my child is in need for medical attention or treatment, I hereby authorize the staff of the junior tour/class to make the best decision in the best interest and welfare of the child if I am unavailable or unable to provide consent in person or by phone.

I also acknowledge that the parties listed above are not responsible for any damage, lost, or stolen to personal properties.

Lastly, I also give consent to the staff of the junior golf tour/class to video or photograph my child and to use the forms of media in promotion of the tour.

I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the terms contained. I agree to participate and conduct according to the rules of the tour and the etiquette of golf according to the rules of USGA. I understand that the participation of the tour may be terminated if the golfer fails to abide by the rules of the tour/class and the host golf course or fails to abide by the instructions of the tournament officials.
